How do I register for Collision?
There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to Collision using our attendee app. Just make sure to bring your government-approved photo ID along so you can receive your accreditation. Check out our blog for more information about your registration.
Can I pre-register any disability related needs?
In order for us to best accommodate any accessibility requirements, please fill in the form below. A member of the community support team will contact you. Please note you will still need to register at the venue on the day of the event to receive your accreditation.
How can I get to the conference?
The taxi and Uber drop-off point is located directly in front of the venue. RTA streetcar & bus lines are wheelchair accessible. For further information on the New Orleans public transport system and passes check out the RTA website.
Is there accessible parking available?
Accessible parking is on a first come first served basis at the venue – Lot F has 19 spaces, Log G has 20 spaces and Lot J has 50 spaces. You can view the map here.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Entry to the venue is wheelchair accessible. On arrival please proceed through registration where you will be issued your accreditation. There is an easy access registration desk available should you wish to avail of this.
Are there accessible toilets available?
Yes there are male, female and unisex accessible toilets available. You can view the map below.
Is there elevator access?
Yes, we have passenger elevators. You can view the map below.
Is there accessible seating at stages?
Reserved seating will be provided at all stages for guests with disabilities and essential companions.
Is there accessible accommodation nearby?
There are several hotels close to the venue which can facilitate guests with disabilities or special needs. You can view a list of recommended hotels here.
Can I request a ticket for an essential companion?

Can I bring a sign language interpreter?
Please register below should you require a sign language interpreter to attend the event with you. Please note we are not able to provide sign language interpreters.
